Outstanding tribute to our planet and Earth Day, Jane. Everyone of your photos is a statement of the true glory of this planet…and a work of art. I also really liked the words here, your subtitles as well as the quotes, especially Rachel Carson’s. I liked that you included the names of the venues, but put them for last, as I did a lot of guessing and was right for most of them. Great list of links, too. The Pt. Reyes one I knew of course, having spent so much time there and knowing this distinct beautiful place. I loved that the dewy leaf was from Olympic NP, a very wet and wonderful park. I enjoyed every single photo and lingered on each, but my two favorites were the first one and last one. Breathtaking Yosemite with incredible clarity, and the action of the waves on the coastal photo was purely invigorating.

Great to read, Jet. Thank you so much. Aren’t we lucky to have these places to enjoy? I had to celebrate the rain after our drought, and Pt Reyes, which is where that breaking wave was shot, too. Happy to share in our love of nature. 🌎💚
