    Stunning series, and the quote you use to open is “Autumn…the year’s last, loveliest smile.” is not only a perfect description of the scenes you have captured but for describing the feeling I have of autumn no matter where I am. My sister is down in Nappa Valley this weekend with friends, and I imagine them enjoying the vineyards (both the views and what they produce). Wishing you a great weekend!

    Fabulous subject and shots Jane! Each one is expertly composed and processed. I love the many colors. If I could pick one for my wall it would be ‘Oak & Vineyard’. I can’t separate myself from loving trees so much, plus the sky and that little grouping of similar trees in the distance add so much for me.

      Thanks, Gunta! Funny, I had never edited that fog photo when I first shot them and I rediscovered it, thank goodness. And I just love those winter Oaks in the vineyards. So glad you found these enticing as you think about the fruits of their labors. 🍇😊

    I’m sure any vineyard would be thrilled to have copies of these, especially the grape close-ups, they sing. ‘Nappa Patterns’ is a great view of a vineyard, too. I love that proud oak and the cheerful grove in the distance. The last photo is like a roller coaster, up and down and beauty all around. Vineyards are one of your specialties, aren’t they? 😉

    How beautiful! I love the patterns created by the planting of the vines but my favourite shot has to be Vineyard Reflections – the colours are gorgeous, as are the patterns of light and shade on the hillsides.

    Hi Jane — Great photos as always! We are just back from visiting the vineyards of the Duoro Valley in Portugal. Portugal is sort of our second home, but we had not yet spent much time in the Duoro. Spectacular views. Have to sort a lot of photos but some on my website soon.

    Love the vineyard photos, esp. the first one with fog and Napa Pattern. Just got back from Tuscany, Italy. The landscapes there were beautiful but no color changes yet. Still, we enjoyed a lot of the 8-day “Tastes of Tuscany” tour with so much to see and explore.
