  8. Joy written in colors. I simply love these. So vivid and alive. Even the gray bark which offsets the riot of color… but most of all the rousing reds.

Nature’s Carpet is amazing – I know I’ve seen you photograph scenes like this before but the tapestry really sings. Of course I appreciate the deeply furrowed gray bark, too.     • Hi Lisa, Thanks! I shot that top photo at the Huntington Gardens where there are gardens from all over the world. I am sorry I didn’t record the name and origin… must remember next time! It’s just so unusual–someone said, like candy corn. 🙂
