Thanks so much, Denise. Means a lot coming from your keen eye.
We are fortunate to have you living where you can share these magical images of this marvelous city. That moon peeking over the fog is something else!
Thanks very much, Gunta. I’ve been very lucky this month with the moon phases. It’s been magical. Glad you like what I’ve captured! 🙂 🌙
So dreamy Jane…. a great eye😜👍
Thank you, April. A magical morn.
I seriously do not know how you come up with such perfect shots ~ the hanging moon, fog, and San Fran and dawn… I wish I could fall into these photos, all are splendid, with the second one really capturing my imagination because of the fog & bridge in all its glory 🙂 Enjoy your weekend.
Hi Randall, Thank you for your enthusiastic response to these…it was such a magnificent moment and I’m happy you feel I captured it. Your thoughts, with your keen eye, are much appreciated. 🙂 Hope you are having a great weekend!
WOW…absolute outstanding….stunning!!

Lovely Jane. I was enjoying the moon in New York a week ago 🙂
Thank you, Andrew. Autumn in NY…loved your shots of the Guggenheim. 🤗

Thanks so much, Maria. 🙂
I always enjoy your photos, but these were extra inspiring!
That’s so nice to read. Much appreciated!
Another beautiful set. Especially like GGB poking through the fog layer. Window view or rooftop view?
PS – You’re getting good at the early wake-up, lol. 🙂
Thanks, David. Window… and fortunately, these are happening at a “reasonable” hour. Glad you enjoyed! 🙂
So beautiful, Jane. Those colors! Delicious.
Thanks, Lynn. It’s been quite a month of moon phase delights. 🙂 🌙
Amazingly beautiful images, Jane. I particular enjoy the second photo, with both the moon and Golden Gate sticking up above the fog. Almost looks surreal.
Hi Otto, The glowing light from the fog and moon created a surreal moment along with the lights of the Palace of Fine Arts. Quite a sight. Great to hear from you– thanks so much.
of honey …. what it is enticing (smile)
Indeed, it has this color there and in your photography, what I like is like this “reminder” of the color with some enlightened buildings that make a wink to this moon
on the course of your images I “understand” that the moon fades little by little, just like its “reflections”
have a nice day
Thank you for your kind thoughts, Yoshimi. Much appreciated. Wishing you a great day, too. 🙂
Especially like the second shot, Jane, with both the moon and the bridge – the latter seems to be floating and unworldly, almost like a NASA rocket lifting off. A 🙂
Great analogy, Adrian. Favorite moments when the bridge is “floating”. Glad you enjoyed these– thanks very much.
Reblogged this on The Reluctant Poet.
Thanks for sharing, Chuck!
All are awesome images, Jane, but the last one is so gorgeous. 😍
Thanks so much, Sylvia. The early morning light and fog is wonderful. Glad you like it. 🙂
Really loved this! Beautiful photos, Jane! Loved Lange’s lines too!!

Thank you, Chuck! Happy you enjoyed the photos. Lange’s quote seemed perfect for these moments. 🙂
The last picture looks very surreal. It seems as if the bridge is floating. Great!!
Hi Simone, It feels otherworldly when the bridge is floating in the fog. So glad you enjoyed these–thanks very much!
Mythical and amazing. Well done!
Thank you very much, Anita. 🙂 🌙
Breathtaking. . .
Thank you, Joey. 🌙
“Full Moon at Dawn” is in perfect balance. Wonderful symmetry. All three are beautiful, thank you, Jane.
Thanks so much, Francis. I love things in threes and this glowing threesome was very appealing to me.
Love that Blue Hour particularly!
Thanks, Linda. That was an amazing moment!
Indeed, and…idem ditto.
Thanks very much, Paula. 🌙

Thanks so much, Cornelia. It’s been quite a wonderful week of the moon phases over the city. 🌙
Nice set, Jane. The glowing GGB in the fog is very cool!
Thanks, Eliza. The light was amazing that morning reflecting on the fog and bridge. 🙂
Beautifully done as always Jane. Sadly our moon was hidden in cloud cover so it’s nice to see it so beautifully lit.
Thanks very much, Tina. It’s been a great week for the moon. 🌙
Wow, I like them all. Those cloud around the bridge is awesome. The city looks like is in mythical world.
