Focus on the Bay Area, Interview

I am pleased to be interviewed recently by Nicole Melancon from ThirdEyeMom about photographing in the Bay Area.

I have followed Nicole’s website for years and her humanitarian work and social advocacy are impressive.

I hope you enjoy my interview.

  12. Jane, I’m so excited that I’ve received several wonderful comments about how much everyone loves your work! 🙂 It was such an honor to interview you. My only regret is that I didn’t meet you in person. How fun would it have been to have spent a morning with you seeing this glorious part of the world through your eyes (and lens). Next time. Thanks again for the interview, the tips and for inspiring us all with your gorgeous talent. 🙂

    • Hi Kathy, I’ve really enjoyed the creative outlet that blogging has given me. My original inspiration was Steve McCurry’s blog and the way he groups images into themes. I’m happy you enjoyed the interview- it was fun to do and think about what’s important to me when photographing. Thanks so much and with Imogen you can imagine how many photos are in her folder! 🙂

  21. An insightful interview with great pictures! I also think over to change into mirrorless because of the heavy weight of my Canon-System. I gonna be older 😏

  23. A very worthwhile interview, and I enjoyed hearing of the Golden Gate as a companion and muse. There are buildings and bridges in each city I’ve lived in, that are favorites, and I look forward to re-visiting each time, so I guess like you, I’ve come to regard them as comrades! 🙂 The accompanying photos are great, too.
