Hi Jude, Glad you enjoyed these, thanks so much. Funny you noticed that- he had just made his necklace and was proud of it. There were many eyes on him in the class (including mine) so it was safe, although you are right about possible hazards. It does remain one of my favorites– I have a whole series of kids playing against that colorful backdrop.

A wonderful collection of images representing friendship, I love them, particularly the first one with the little boys. I love the way his little hands are curled in anticipation of his friends reaction. Beautifully captured. Where these shot over a period of time, or all in one day?
