We didn’t get much snow where we lived, about three inches of snow. The mountains, points north to Denver and beyond, they got hammered with the snowfall. But, no worry. It’ll be 60 on Wednesday and 70-80 by the weekend.

Ah…the artichokes. Such deep and beautiful greens. We’re a good 6 weeks from our first outdoors Farmers’ Market here and there will NEVER be an artichoke at a Farmers’ Market in northeastern Wisconsin…not unless someone smuggles one in from the outside. 🙂
