  5. Some real beauties, Jane. The dance of light and shadow is fascinating. I love that first quote by Marc Riboud. I’ve been known to do that 🙂 It makes for a whack of photos to go through on return.

    • Hi Diane– So glad you liked this set– fun to put together. Shaw quote really hits home, doesn’t it? I, too, am fascinated by the varying tones in shadow images. Thank you for sharing your point of view.

    • Hi David–I was thrilled that the clouds gathered while we were there. In addition to traditional landscapes, I tried to work on some abstract images like this one. I’m happy they spoke to you– thank you very much.

    • Thanks so much, Jane. The sandstone colored buildings do have a soft feel especially in early morning light. And the vibrant homes in some neighborhoods in Sydney are great for the lens. Glad you enjoyed this set.

    • Hi Sharon– Thank you very much. I remember you liked the black and white version of Mind Meld, too. It is an interesting spot. I thought the yoga shot would bring a little zen to my site and the Shaw quote really hits home with all the pixels in my life!

    • Thank you, Brian. It’s always a hope that the sun cooperates. Mind Meld is a cool art installation – a portrait of Jack Munday who was an environmentalist– it has a staircase running through the portrait. I appreciate your comment.
